Dry and Gated

Why Store
Your Boat Here?

  • It stays dry. That’s the whole job. We make sure you have roofed spots, graded ground, and water going somewhere other than your cover.
  • It’s close. The tow to the ramp is measured in minutes. Over a season, that’s the difference between going out on a Saturday morning and deciding it’s not worth the trouble.
  • It’s fairly priced. Open parking starts at $35/month, covered parking at $115, and enclosed garages at $225. That’s good value for covered storage on this lake, and we’d rather tell you the number upfront than make you call for it.
  • It’s easy to start. Reserve online, get the code, and back it in. That’s it. No appointment necessary.

Boat Storage Shouldn’t Leak

Ask around this lake and you’ll hear the same complaint: a spot sold as “covered” that doesn’t actually keep the boat dry. A roof with gaps. Ground that puddles under the trailer. A cover that’s been holding water so long it’s grown something.

The fix isn’t complicated, it just has to be built right the first time, with a roof that sheds to the outside, ground graded to drain, and spots wide enough that you’re not squeezing a boat under the edge of a roof where the rain blows in. That’s our promise to you. If a spot you rent doesn’t keep your boat dry, tell us and we’ll move you.

Spots & Sizes

Open from $35 · covered from $115 · enclosed from $225, per month.

Measure before you book. Note the total length from the tip of the trailer tongue to the back of the motor—not just the hull length on the brochure, which leaves out both. Round up to the next size if it’s close; an extra foot is cheaper than not fitting.

Also available on site: Standard 120V power outlets on covered spaces, and an RV dump station on site.

Boat Storage Questions

Measure tongue to motor and round up. If you’re between sizes, take the larger one.

“Covered” means your boat is under a roof, keeping off the sun and rain. “Open” means gated, graded parking at a lower price. Both options are month-to-month.

Our facility gives you 24/7 gate access, and your code works whenever the gate does. In other words, any time you want.

No. Everything is month-to-month, so you can store it for one season if that’s all you need.
