Our Story

Lake Texoma has more boats than it has good places to put them.

Anyone who keeps a boat here knows the routine: the covered spots fill up, the cheap ones leak, and the ones that don’t leak are a forty-minute tow from the ramp. So people park a $60,000 boat in the side yard under a tarp and hope for the best.

We purchased the Liberty Road facility in 2022 to fix that problem. Not a luxury facility, but a well-built one. We provide what you need: roofs that shed water, ground that drains, a gate that works, dimensions published so nobody has to guess, and a price that makes sense for something you use on weekends.

The bluffs give this stretch of the lake its name, and they’re the reason the site sits high and drains the way it does. That’s not marketing, it’s just the reality behind why your cover isn’t sitting in standing water in April.

Who You’ll Deal With

When you call Texoma Bluffs, you’ll reach Mel, our local operator and storage expert. She knows the available spaces, understands the difference between storing a bass boat and fitting a full-size RV, and can help you choose a space without guessing. If you have a question about access, power, pricing, or fit, you can talk to someone who knows the property rather than a distant call center.

Rather than waiting for an on-site office to open, you can give us a call knowing that our number reaches a real person, and if we miss you, you can count on us calling you back.

How We’re Different

We tell you the price before we charge it.

Rates are on the site. If something changes, you hear it from us first, not from a bill that rose without you noticing.

Covered means covered.

Covered spots are properly roofed and drained, so a wet spring doesn’t become a project.

We publish the dimensions.

The worst day in storage is discovering your rig doesn’t fit only after you arrive. Measure first, book second.

No contract.

Everything is month-to-month, so you can come in and out as your season goes.

Built for the Lake

This isn’t a self-storage building that happens to take boats. It’s laid out for towing: room to swing a trailer, a caliche surface that holds up under a loaded rig, and spots sized for what people actually own around here—from a bass boat to a fifth wheel.

We serve the Liberty Road side of the lake (Gordonville, Sherwood Shores, Whitesboro, and the Red River marinas), and the whole point of the location is that you’re on the water in minutes, not after an hour of towing.

Come See It

Drive out and look at the space. Bring a tape measure if you want to be sure about a spot—we’d rather you measure than guess. We’re here whenever you’re ready.
